Essential includes no revision rounds. Choose paid rounds in your project outline if you would like to refine the initial design within the agreed brief.

Add revision rounds to your project now and save 20%. You can request rounds later, subject to availability, at the full price. These are additional one-off costs; your formal quote confirms the total before work begins.

What counts as one round?

One consolidated feedback list, supplied together and completed within the agreed brief and the time allowance stated in your formal scope before work begins. Examples include adjusting existing spacing, colours or typography within the approved direction.

What is outside Essential?

• More than four core pages, or additional pages added after the scope is agreed.
• Design revision rounds unless purchased separately.
• A redesign, a new design direction or structural layout changes after the brief is agreed.
• New functionality, ecommerce, booking systems, third-party integrations, additional forms or galleries.
• Branding, logo design, photography, substantial copywriting or large text rewrites unless separately quoted.
• Domain registration, email hosting and paid third-party services unless explicitly included in your quote.
• Content changes beyond the one minor monthly update of approximately 20 minutes, including unused updates carried into another month.

Extras are quoted before work starts. Selecting an option in the questionnaire does not make it included. Your approved formal brief and scope confirm the final inclusions.

What falls outside a revision round?

New pages, new functionality, a new design direction or work beyond the stated allowance are quoted separately. Requesting a feature in the questionnaire does not add it to Essential.

Corrections are separate.

Corrections to studio errors and work that does not meet the agreed scope remain included and do not consume a paid revision round.

Monthly care is separate too.

Your included minor monthly content update is for existing content, up to approximately 20 minutes per calendar month. It is not a design revision round.
